What about a boat driver? I can see why there is only two person teams but if I want my wife or daughter in law to come along and drive the boat for me and my son while we fish is this ok?

Due to complaints last year, we are only going to allow 2 persons per boat.. I know this is may upset some people but this is a 2 person tournament. Other fisherman had compained last year about the capability of the driver or other persons in the boat being able to fish also.... to resolve this problem we are only allowing 2 persons per boat.
